Windward Bay Estate – An exceptional private hillside property with true modern tropical elegance, oriented for the views, trade winds, and the sky, shaded by the trees on the south side to shield from the long hot summer afternoons. Expansive grout less flooring. Built-in ground floor garage with separate entrance mother-in-law bedroom with an attached bathroom. The property has nature trails and an upper elevation viewing clearing.
Key highlights from the description:
• Private, tree-lined 800-foot cement driveway leading to sweeping, well-maintained grounds on a hillside overlooking Manglar Bay (La Pela).
• Dramatic panoramic views that capture both sunrise and moonrise, with sightlines to Culebrita Island, the Culebrita Lighthouse, and the U.S. and British Virgin Islands.
• Recently built open-floor-plan home designed for natural cross-ventilation from the trade winds and for stargazing.
• Signature groutless coral tile flooring throughout the interior and outdoor living areas — a striking, seamless tropical material choice.
• Detached modern pool with its own bathroom that flows with the landscape.
A high-end, low-density Caribbean hillside estate focused on privacy, airflow, views, and quality construction.
