Description

Marbella Club 423 — a beachfront condo taken down to the studs and rebuilt in 2023 with nothing but top-tier materials and smart systems. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence at Palmas del Mar sits directly on the sand, and every inch of it has been reimagined for performance as much as beauty.

Large-format porcelain tile with commercial-grade epoxy grout runs throughout, paired with Level-5 drywall, Benjamin Moore Aura paint, and solid wood doors finished in marine-grade varnish. The kitchen is a showpiece: Calacatta Mystic quartz waterfall counters, a full quartz backsplash, and custom acrylic cabinetry built for entertaining.

The primary suite delivers ocean views alongside a floating double vanity with vessel sinks, LED mirrors, a frameless walk-in shower, and a raised soaking tub behind a privacy glass barn door — plus a remote-controlled shade and a remote bidet toilet. The second bedroom is a true lockout suite with a Murphy bed, en-suite bath, floating vanity, under-counter fridge, cooktop, microwave, and a two-person workspace — perfect for guests or remote work.

Behind the walls: three Wi-Fi ducted dehumidifiers, three independent HVAC zones with digital thermostats, two tankless water heaters in series, a new electrical load center, and a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink. Designer lighting, curated art, and high-end furniture come with the home, along with LG TVs throughout and a Sonos/Meridian Audio system in the main living area.

Smart home features include remote-access locks, four HD security cameras with two-way audio, leak detectors with phone alerts, a dual-camera video doorbell, and whole-unit mesh Wi-Fi. A motorized European screen shields the balcony, and a motorized hurricane shutter with reinforced components protects the raised living room door system — with motorized shades throughout for privacy without losing the view.

The Marbella Club offers direct beach access, two beachfront pools, a fitness center, 24-hour security, elevators, and manicured tropical grounds. Palmas del Mar adds two golf courses, tennis and pickleball, an equestrian center, a full-service marina, dining, shopping, and five-plus miles of golf cart paths — plus The Palmas Academy, a top-rated Pre-K–12 private school on-site.

A rare turnkey opportunity: nothing to update, everything to enjoy.

HOA: $659/month (Marbella Club) + $1,300/year (Palmas del Mar Master Association)
